The club

Anchor Her is a members' club run by St. Magdalen Institute Ry, a registered association (NGO) in Finland, Business ID 3341152-7. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our community guidelines below.

Anchor Her is a matching and community service. We introduce mothers to professionals and to each other; we do not ourselves provide legal, medical, psychological or financial advice, and we are not a party to any agreement between a member and a professional.

Membership

Mothers and educators join free of charge. Childcare providers pay €29 per month and professionals €99 per month. Small companies (€1,000 per year) and large institutions (€5,000 per year) join by agreement with our team. Supporters may donate without an account.

You join by choosing a membership card on the Membership page and creating an account through it. Your membership type must match what you actually offer: if your professional profile describes services belonging to a higher tier, your membership is moved up to that tier. Memberships are never moved down automatically.

Paid memberships begin after our team approves your profile. We will contact you about payment when payments open on the site.

Professionals and verification

Professionals, educators and childcare providers appear in the members' directory only after our team has reviewed and approved their profile. Registration is not verification, and approval is at our team's discretion.

Professionals are responsible for holding the licences, qualifications and insurance their services require, and for the advice and services they give to members.

Community guidelines

Treat every member with respect. Many mothers in the club are going through separation, loss or other hard transitions — kindness is the house rule.

What members share in the club stays in the club. Do not share another member's story, request or contact details outside the platform without her permission.

No harassment, discrimination, spam or solicitation outside the matching process. Do not use the directory to market services that are not part of your approved profile.

Provide truthful information in your profile and requests. Accounts that abuse the system — for example by signing up on a free card while offering paid professional services — will be moved to the correct membership or removed.

Content and photos

You keep the rights to the photos and text you upload, and you give us permission to show them on the platform as part of your profile. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Ending membership

You can leave the club at any time by asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines.

Liability

We work hard to verify professionals and to keep the club safe, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any match or the services of any professional. To the extent the law allows, St. Magdalen Institute Ry is not liable for disputes between members and professionals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are handled in the courts of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
